Here's another CC Challenge if you fancy it and this will be Demo'd at the Craft Clubs for that week so you can join me in doing this at the club if you wish to. Its another topper (trying to keep the challenges not too long winded!) Hope you like this one ....its a little bit quirky! Create a topper with a 3D curved acetate wrap...not sure what this is?...keep reading and take a look at the Photos which will follow shortly.
Your criteria
- Back panel of card, decorated to your choice.
- Any Theme
- A piece of lace
- Punched accents
- Brad/brads (or something similar if you haven't got brads)
- Wire
- Include a rubber stamped image somewhere (could be the main image or a tiny accent)
- Add an acetate wrap (a piece of acetate slightly larger than the width of the car panel with a tab on each side to glue to back of card panel. for stability this should then be mounted onto another piece of card (see the white card)
Be creative with your decoration and include the acetate as a panel to decorate onto. All crafters are welcome to have a go and I will showcase a selection of photos received by email or blog link (make sure you put on your email "OK to Publish" ...if this is not on your email I will not be able to publish your Photo)
I hope you like my topper created with this Challenge (the 2nd Photo shows how the layer of acetate domes over the base card. Adding the 3D flowers onto top of the ecetate also adds further dimension.
Happy Crafting!
Very pretty card Debbie, I love the acetate dome.

Thank you Ladies...Give it a go and let me know how you get on. This has not yet been put on a card yet.. I have just photographed it on some paper. I will leave it as a topper and I am sure it will re-appear on a blog as part of a finished card very soon....so watch this space!
