CraftClub Challenge - W/C 21st October 2013

Owls and Autumn

After a great weekend with much celebration (..another year older!!!!) I am now back in the land of the living and back in the craft room...albeit a very untidy one!!!! (It will be cleared by Tuesday...I promise!) We have a great set of little stamps to play with this week....which are yet another versatile set with many uses and a couple of great Autumn leaf die sets.

 Here is my first offering for this week ...a double side stepper card which enables great depth but folds flat for posting.                                         (Click once to enlarge)

 If you want to go with the Autumn Theme you will need to bring the following:

• Autumn coloured card stock and printed papers (greens, russets, oranges brown , berry reds, yellows etc
• Your base greeting card or project...you can create a card or perhaps try a 3D wreath (bring a large cereal packet...and Acrylic paint  or plain card to cover the card wreath , a plaque for the home, owl bunting or perhaps even stamp the owl onto fabric and embroider the design...these make great Christmas/Autumn decorations for the home.
• Depending on your projects you may like to bring felt or fabric as these dies cut fabric really well and also the owl is easily stamped  onto a fairly flat weave fabric.
• You may also like to bring a handful of Autumn coloured ribbon to add that extra touch to your finished project.

If Autumn is a season you'd rather forget....you can create gorgeous creations in any colours using these sweet little owls and the leaves.
