Craft Club Challenge w/c 4th November 2013

A Waterfall of flowers

This weeks crafty challenge is using the "waterfall" paper folding technique to produce a card or perhaps a photo flip frame.  We will be using some Papermania Templates to help us with this technique which makes this a doddle to do!

We will also be using some more lovely flower stamps and texture stamps from Hereo Arts but, of course, you can use any decoration you want and any genre.

You will need:
  •  your base card
  • complimentary or contrasting card for the Waterfall mechanism
  • plain smooth white or cream or light colour for the the waterfall panel to sit on...and I say plain as you may want to stamp on this.
  • additional card for the the flip panels
  • A brush for water colour paint....I do have some here if you do not have any...you may also like to bring some felt tip pens for water colouring.
  • 3 Brads if you have them if not we can use a tacky PVA glue
  • a piece of ribbon or perhaps you may like to make a tassel using cross stitch threads if you want to bring them.
  • remember to bring your scissors, small ones may be good for this project as we may be cutting some of the flowers out. You will also need 3D tape or tacky PVA glue

I am off to the Craft Coffee Morning now, I hope to see you there ...if not I am really looking forward to catching up with you during the week.
